Getting another porch back on a solid footing. They had signs of heaving in the winter and wanted their old concrete footings replaced with helical piles. These footings had a serious bell on the bottom and busted some heavy duty straps trying to pull them out.

Saved another deck from the Maple Grove clay. The dense clay and frost had busted the footings, causing them to move around. We pulled the old concrete and got deep piles installed to sit in a more stable, load bearing soil. We also did structural repairs to the ledger and stairs to make sure this deck is safe for years to come.
