The Model Home debut marks a significant milestone for JIA Communities, unveiling our first completed showcase within Park 5 and offering a first look at our vision for design-forward, customized living paired with a seamless, high-touch homebuying experience.

JIA Communities welcomes .c.morrison and her beautiful "Tulipani Suite" series to our Design Studio. The "Tulipani Suite" is a grouping of unique variant prints produced with a Lazzarini Firenze etching press, using hand-painted rice papers that have been arranged by the artist on the inked plate before printing, a technique called Chine collé. The artist created a dazzling array of compositions and color combinations, intended to capture the incredible light and ambiance from her road trip through Sicily.
