Sometimes the best transformation isn’t about tearing everything apart. It’s about seeing what’s already there differently.
This home needed something it didn’t have, a spacious primary suite on the main level, along with a proper pantry for the kitchen.
By working thoughtfully within the home’s existing footprint, we were able to give three familiar spaces an entirely new identity.
With most of the existing walls and windows remaining in place, a few strategic changes created a generous primary bedroom, adjoining bath, walk-in closet and a Butler’s pantry conveniently accessed from the kitchen.
Good design isn’t always about changing more. Sometimes it’s about seeing more possibility in what’s already there.
