We are seeking two dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer/ skilled carpenters to join our team. We are based out of Adams Center NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
Perform physical labor tasks as needed, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Requirements
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Reliable transportation to job sites is required.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.

Unfortunately it is that time of year to think about snow removal again we are accepting more customers for the 25/26 season commercial and residential .
Contracts can be done as seasonal from november 1st to may 1st or per push.

We are accepting customers in the general Rodman, Adams Center and Adams/ bellville areas.

We are also expanding our Watertown Center Route along Route 11 from Adams Center to Watertown city limits , Ives street and Ives street extention (CoutyRoute 65 )to Massey street (County Route 63) to County Route 62 and back to Route 11.

Here is a big foam project we have been working on the last couple weeks. Most people don’t realize how many factors you have to pay attention to in the winter when trying to apply sprayfoam to a metal structure. We have to monitor surface temperature, ambient temperature,humidity,moisture,chemical temperatures while spraying and storage temperatures of the chemical prior to spraying. It took us a few days to get the ice and water out of the building and get the moisture regulated and then we were able to take advantage of the few 40 degree afternoons we have had to get the surface temperature where we prefer it to be but we are proud to say that our entire team takes the time to make sure we are giving our customers the best product we can!
