Had a couple small projects for a customer yesterday Tanked water heater change out 40 gallons. It always seems to start leaking about 1 year after warranty expires🤔🧐.
I replaced weather stripping and threshold seals on both entry doors.
Then the old leaky sink that we have all been thorough. Had to replace the strainer basket and plumber’s putty for another satisfied customer.

Keep an eye out for those leaky water heaters they make a mess if they fail.

The project is complete. I have finished the second-floor bathroom remodel, which involved considerable time navigating the stairs to ensure its successful completion. The extra time invested allowed me to deliver exceptional results, from demolition to the final touches. The tub surround and floor feature meticulously installed tilework, complete with precision grouting. Given the notoriously fastidious nature of post-tile cleanup, the finishing touches are still being completed. The remaining tasks encompass painting the walls, installing the toilet, vanity, mirror, medicine cabinet, and a bespoke inset niche adjacent to the vanity, all of which are essential in this compact bathroom where storage is paramount.

I am pleased to provide a brief progress update. The porcelain floor tile has been successfully installed. Additionally, progress has been made on initiating the wall tile pattern installation, which features an intricate wave design. The white tile's precise alignment is crucial to matching the gray-blue pattern seamlessly. This serves as a professional advisory note: back buttering the tile and wall is highly recommended for optimal results.
