It’s been a busy summer, and we’re excited to see a few of our favorite projects nearing the finish line!

This custom new build in Terrell will be hitting the market, featuring 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, a 40x30 attached shop, and 2.5 acres surrounded by beautiful East Texas scenery. From the warm wood details and stonework to the open, inviting interior, we love how this one came together!

What began as a charming single-story residence is now a beautifully expanded two-story home designed for the next chapter of family life. Our goal was to preserve the character and timeless appeal of the original home while thoughtfully adding space, functionality, and value.
