Architect / Designer - Full Time

We are seeking an Architect / Designer to work on all phases of residential design projects from design through permitting. Applicants must have freehand sketching and CAD skills, as well as a passion for home design and construction. Candidates will be working on custom and speculative homes and renovations throughout the D.C. Metro area.

Requirements:
• 8-10 years minimum experience
• Bachelors or Masters of Architecture preferred
• Experience in residential design a must
• Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD or Revit, Sketchup, and MS Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate should be ready to utilize these skills to have an immediate impact. CCL Architects rewards team members financially and professionally with an attractive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
