We are seeking a qualified Demolition Equipment Operator(s) for Small & Heavy demolition equipment who will specialize in structure removal and selective demolition with the use of specialty equipment and attachments. This includes knowledge of separation of materials, processing concrete, and loading trucks.

Equipment Class:
- 20T to 50T Excavators
- Mini Ex
- Skid Steer
- Brokk Equipment

Recommended:
- DC Resident
- DC 7B Operating Engineer Certification
- OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour
- 40 Hour Hazwoper
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Equipment attachment operation skills are a plus
- Attaching and removing attachments
- Good communication skills
- Great attitude
- Ability to be a team player under challenging conditions
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks

All Applicants Must Have the Following:_

Able to pass Medical physical and fit test
Drug test with negative result and physical will be administered to determine fitness for duty prior to employment offer.
Dependable transportation is a must. (Job locations vary)
Must have Government Issued ID
Ability to pass a background vetting process for secured work

Seeking Working Demolition laborers for the following skills:

Experience of interior demolition of walls, floors, ceilings, etc. with hand tools.

Drywall
CMU
Concrete
Experience of loading and unloading trash carts to and from dumpsters

able to separate materials
Experience in using air chipping guns and 90lb jackhammers

Operating Experience is a plus

DC Operating Engineer 7B is a plus

DC Resident is a plus

*Opportunity to advance to Leadman

2 month initial pay evaluation
