Qualifications
•Home improvement project managers with 3 years of field experience as remodeling worker, former and/or management experience(Must know installation processes)
•Excellent communication skills
•3 years min experience project management on Residential Projects or production manager for home improvements
•Should be savvy in customer relation services
•Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and accountable
Bilingual preferable: Spanish and English

Responsibilities
•Supervising all jobs in progress from start to finish
•Supervise the activities of the company’s field workforce, which include oral and written communication as needed
•Ordering and scheduling materials delivering prior to starting any project
•Deliver in-person materials as needed each morning or prior to job site
•Recruiting and training sub-contractors
•Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, workforce, and materials on each project as included in the project estimate sheet
•Controlling the communications with the customer on job and service issues
•Managing customer service-related issues and expenses for all products
•Should be savvy in customer relation services
•Support the installation process by identifying, communicating, and resolving contract issues with sales staff.
•Ensure proper permits and licenses for all jobs have been obtained and are continually maintained
•Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication
•Planning and developing schedules required for the completion of the project
•Analyze and manage project risk
•Ensure timely or faster completion of every project
•Resolve issues quickly and be able to deliver 5 stars rated and positive testimonials at the end of each project
•Be able to identify any issues on the production and make necessary changes
•Experience with kitchen remodeling, baths, basements, additions, Whole houses remodeling is a must
