Pitt Brothers is looking for a few people who want to make some extra income while walking. Duties include walking through high-end neighborhoods, Knocking on doors, Introducing the company (Script guide provided) Giving people a brochure or leaving a door hanger. Pitt Brothers will supply the brochures and door hangers.

Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have your own transportation
Must be clean
Must have nice clothes to present yourself well

Compensation:
$100 per day + $200 referral fee for each project that gets signed as a result of your canvassing efforts.

Why the commission? We want to give incentive to pass out the brochures and door hangers.

Pitt Brothers is looking to put together multiple teams of finishers for bathroom renovation projects. The team will make $500/day. The typical hallway bathroom should be finished in 5 days. All materials (building and finish) are provided and onsite before the work starts.We use Schluter Waterproofing with premade pans or tubs.

Your first 3 projects will be paid as a flat fee under a subcontractor agreement. If you are able to perform well, maintain the timeline and provide a high quality finish, we will offer a full time position to each team with full benefits.

We are hiring 3 teams for this position.

Here is the deal: You get 3 contractors to waste their time coming out to your house, writing up a bid only to tell 2 of them their price is too high because this other guy (who showed up looking like he's homeless) gave you a much lower price. You hire the lowest guy, pay him a deposit and what happens??? NOTHING.

You have now become a victim of your own making. Contractors need to make a living, they need to make a profit. Stop trying get good contractors to be your slave.
