If you live out of town we are a fiduciary for you, the client! We get it! There is a lot of concerns and trust issues with contractors and we want no part of that stigma. Just look at what the Bitners say about us on a Google review.

We've been working with Wendell Helton, Helton Construction, and his team during the build of our home in Fremont County and it has been the best, easiest, smoothest process. We currently live in IL, and building in CO, so we are not able to view the jobsite on a regular basis, but Wendell has been keeping us up to date on progress...communication has been great!
In terms of quality, we found the BEST builder ever!! We've gotten compliments on Helton Construction's entire team on quality of the build (excavating, framing, sub-contractors, painting, roofing, HVAC, electrical, and overall jobsite cleaniness) from friends and neighbors close to the jobsite.
With being out of state, it's a Godsend to know that we have an excellent builder!!
