Working on a 4 projects in design and proposal stage .. 1. Carvin above ground pool in Aransas Pass 2. RainForest Fiberglass Pool in Sinton ; 3. A custom design gijite pool in Copano Bay side of Rockport . 4. Custom gunite design on the beach in Port Aransas . Hope to close them in the coming weeks .

Starting another pool in Portland TX with Texas Pools & Patios -Coastal Bend . It took 7 weeks 2 notaries ; one county filing to get a permit for a cement pond . In 51 years and 20 of those in Florida very over regulated state on pools .This was the worst process / system to get a permit . But we battled through .
