And so it begins…

McCormick’s has been in business since 1973 and doing new construction homes every year since.

This foundation marks the continuance of that. We currently have three new construction homes slated to start this year with the potential for three more.

We could not ask for more supportive customers or community.

McCormick’s is fortunate to have 32 employees and we all look forward to year number 52 of building new construction homes.

2- Carpenters - either new or experienced.
1- Tile/flooring - either new or experienced.

Our days run 7:00-3:30 Monday-Friday Break at 9 lunch at 12.

Need to have transportation and an ability to work alone or in a team. Must be comfortable on ladders and basic knowledge in construction.

We have a great team already but want more people to help make the party better.

Peaceful morning before 8 months or 35 weeks or 172 working days of packing in exterior work! But who is counting…we are 😊.

We have 11 active job-sites, 3 foundations scheduled for new construction and actively designing 4 residential and 1 massive commercial project.

We still have space available for design and production.

Our 20 skilled, dedicated, and experienced employees in the field fuel our production we are excited to take on your projects.

What a year it's been!!! I've completed my first year of ownership and couldn't be anymore lucky. The growth has been fast nearly tripling employees in 12 months. I've be blessed with great customers helping fuel everything.

My one year age lapse shows it hasn't been too rough on me.

Thank you to all customers and employees who have been part of my first year.

We excited to announce plumbing and heating services for residential customers.
Ben Larner with Ridgeview Plumbing and Heating is joining our team.
Ben will put his many liscences and years of experience to work building our team and helping customers.
In the coming weeks and months, we will look to add to our team. Our in goal is to be able to offer full residential plumbing and heating services along with 24/7 emergency coverage. 
Our office is staffed M-F from 8 to 3 to field all your phone calls and inquiries.

Brian Bradley is our in house designer with 25 years of AutoCad experience. Working daily to bring thoughts to design Brian has helped countless clients realize their home dreams.

McCormick’s has built hundreds of homes since 1973 still having some of the original designs here in the office.

We look forward to having Brian’s name on our designs for years to come.
