Bella Vista affordable housing project in Merced is making great progress!

Work continues on-site with exterior cladding and painting underway, along with the first lift of asphalt. Interior work is progressing, with cabinetry, countertops, and flooring now being installed.

We’re excited to see this 108-unit affordable housing community come together and bring much-needed housing to Merced!

Earlier this summer, Tricorp Group proudly completed the WoodSpring Suites in Manteca! This 50,983-square-foot extended-stay hotel features 122 guest rooms, a fitness center, and an on-site laundry facility, providing guests with all the comforts of home.
A huge congratulations to our dedicated team and trade partners whose hard work, collaboration, and commitment made this project a success. Next time you're in the Manteca area, stop by and see the finished project—or better yet, book a stay and experience it for yourself.

Progress is taking shape at our 5-story, 134-unit Sakura Affordable Apartments in Sacramento!

On the exterior, crews are installing lath for the stucco, Hardie® lap siding, and putting the finishing touches on the TPO roofing system. Inside, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm rough-ins are well underway as we prepare for insulation and drywall.

Site work is also advancing with the installation of a new manhole at the corner of 16th & T, keeping this project moving forward one milestone at a time. Stay tuned as we continue bringing this affordable housing community to life!

Progress continues at Turning Point Commons in Chico!

Building 9 has officially welcomed residents back home, and residents in Building 10 are set to move back in later this week. Meanwhile, Building 11 is wrapping up exterior wall sheathing and re-framing as MEP rough-ins continue. Over at Building 16, first-floor framing is complete, with truss installation and second-floor sheathing now underway.

Exciting news! Tricorp Group has officially broken ground on the new Element Hotel in Sacramento!

This unique project features the adaptive reuse of the historic Coca-Cola building, transforming it into the hotel's lobby and restaurant. The new five-story hotel will also include 146 guest rooms, meeting spaces, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

We're excited to bring new life to this iconic site—stay tuned as we share the progress and watch this project come to life!

Major milestone alert! Early this morning, we completed the first slab pour for the first building at our Pacific Street Housing project in Rocklin. This is the first of 5 buildings that will provide 30 units of much needed housing in the region.

A huge thank you to our incredible trade partners for their hard work and teamwork in reaching this important milestone.
