I’m glad you found my page. My name is Justin, I’m a landscape professional with over 20 years experience in all aspects of landscaping, and a C27 contractor that only does irrigation audits. I’m very experienced with MWELO and WELO requirements. My combination of experience gives me a distinct advantage in guiding you through simple and cost effective ways of meeting the states landscape guidelines.

My goal is to provide a very high level of customer service, fast turn arounds, ensure landscape irrigation systems meet mwelo code and function properly.

Today’s audit revealed an unusual find. These three valves had the teflon tape wrapped the wrong direction causing constant leaks on the main line side and a low flow through the water meter.
