Construction is moving right along for 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗨𝗠 𝗦𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗘 - a new multi-tenant mixed use (restaurant/retail) building coming soon to Viera. This brand-new built-to-suit retail strip center is located near the southwest corner of Stadium Parkway & Pineda Blvd - in the heart of Viera South. It will contain seven units in total (𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚) - both end-units with 2,500 sq. ft. each with drive-thru or outdoor seating - perfect opportunities for restaurant/coffee users. This project is a collaboration between ADI Development and W+J Construction.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: St. Paul's Anglican Church & School - Renovation

W+J Construction has been selected for a renovation this summer to primarily add new classrooms at St. Paul's Anglican Church & School, located at 7200 N Wickham Rd. in Melbourne.

W+J Superintendent, Garrett Tantius walked us through the plans for the renovation. The scope of this project includes:
• Demolition of existing classroom and parish hall
• Building four new classrooms, including:
◦ Replacing all flooring
◦ New drop ceiling throughout
◦ Replacing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Re-framing a couple of rooms near the church sanctuary entrance
