🚧 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 🚧
Farallon Fields Amenity Center - Viera

Superintendent 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗸𝘆 filled us in on the latest happenings at the new lakefront amenity center for 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆's Farallon Fields neighborhood in Viera.

Since our last update, all structures have been constructed, roofing is in place and they are in the process of receiving Hardie® siding plank detail. Stucco and then paint will follow for the restroom/picnic pavilion and both mail kiosks. M/E/P rough-ins are taking place in the buildings and the interior is ready for drywall. Electricians are wrapping up the electrical conduit from each pavilion back to the new transformer pad location, connecting the power to each. Site work includes building up the grade of the site using 42 loads of dirt. Stormwater drain pipes and boxes are in place and already helping with site drainage. Flatwork/sidewalks and roadway/curbs will be next.

The 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀 Amenity Center will consist of a covered restroom/picnic pavilion with drinking fountain, two covered mail kiosks, a 2,640 SF swimming pool with lakefront terrace, fishing pier, tot lot playground, vehicle + golf cart parking, bike racks and landscaping throughout. It is located just to the east of the community model home sales center, for the enjoyment of Farallon Fields residents.

It might be tough to see 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 when you drive past the new three-story 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗙𝗙'𝗦 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘 Regional Law Enforcement Training Center on Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Viera, but trust us, there's A LOT happening there, with 25 to 60 subcontractors working on the jobsite EACH DAY throughout the week. Just take a look at all that's been accomplished—and a peek at what's coming next.

Here are the updates on 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗨𝗠 𝗦𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗘 - a new multi-tenant mixed use (restaurant/retail) building coming soon to Viera South. This brand-new built-to-suit retail strip center is located near the southwest corner of Stadium Parkway & Pineda Blvd. It will contain seven units in total (𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚) - both end-units with 2,500 sq. ft. each with drive-thru or outdoor seating - perfect opportunities for restaurant/coffee users. The word is out—Lakeside Social at Viera Town Center Park is Viera’s newest gathering place! The park made its debut with an exciting Labor Day weekend Grand Opening celebration, and W+J Construction was proud to be a sponsor of the festivities. Our team participated in Friday evening’s ribbon-cutting ceremony and enjoyed meeting guests throughout the event.

We are incredibly proud to add this project to our growing portfolio of work completed for The Viera Company.
