🚗 Another Brevard driveway just got the AmVet treatment!

Some coating ads come with goofy mascots and a “deal” that expires every weekend. We’d rather show you the driveway we just finished.

We installed a Penntek polyurea flake system with a protective polyaspartic topcoat. Before coating, we check the concrete and test for moisture, because what’s underneath matters as much as the finished look.

And when you compare quotes, ask about the written exterior warranty. Our Penntek residential system is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

No goofy mascots. No gimmicks. Just a great-looking driveway and a local crew that stands behind its work. 🇺🇸

🚗🚗🚗 THREE CARS. ONE GARAGE. ZERO SALES GAMES. 😎

This three-car garage just got the Claystone treatment, and let’s just say… the cars are going to have some serious competition for who gets to look the best in here! 😂

But this project is about more than just making a garage look good. It’s about doing the job right from the very beginning. 👇

💧 MOISTURE TESTING MATTERS!

Before we install your Penntek polyurea system, we check the concrete for moisture. Why? Because what’s happening underneath your floor matters just as much as what’s happening on top.

Excess moisture can create problems for coatings down the road. That’s why proper preparation and moisture testing are so important. If excessive moisture is found, we can discuss the appropriate moisture barrier before moving forward.

At AmVet Concrete Coatings, we don’t just show up, throw some flakes down, and call it a day. We believe in doing things the right way, from the concrete preparation to the finished product. 💪

🏆 THE PENNTEK DIFFERENCE

This garage was finished in Claystone using the Penntek polyurea full flake system.

✔️ Premium Penntek polyurea coating system
✔️ Beautiful, durable finish
✔️ Professional surface preparation
✔️ Moisture testing before installation
✔️ True lifetime manufacturer warranty
✔️ Warranty for as long as you own the home
✔️ No extra charge for the lifetime warranty

And speaking of warranties…

WE DON’T PLAY THE WARRANTY GAMES EITHER.

You shouldn’t have to pay extra just to get the protection you deserve. With our Penntek system, you get a true lifetime manufacturer warranty for as long as you own your home. No confusing upgrades. No “Well, that’ll cost extra” nonsense. 🤝

💰 OUR PRICING? NO HASSLE. NO FAKE SALES.

When we come out and give you a price, that’s the best price we can offer.

We don’t show up with a fake $10,000 price tag just so we can pretend to knock $3,000 off if you sign today.

No fake sales.
No inflated prices.
No pressure tactics.
No “Let me call my manager” routine. 😂

Just honest pricing, quality products, and a team that stands behind every job.

We want you to choose AmVet because you trust us and love what we offer — not because somebody made up a sale that expires in 20 minutes.

RevaFlex is a rubber surfacing system made from small rubber granules blended with a specialized binder on site, then troweled into place to create a seamless, textured finish. It is designed for wet-deck and pedestrian areas where better traction, added comfort, and a cleaner finished appearance matter. That makes RevaFlex rubber surfacing a strong option for pool decks, patios, walkways, and other outdoor living areas throughout Brevard County. You may also hear it described as a rubber coating or outdoor rubber flooring, but the idea is the same: create a continuous surface that feels more comfortable underfoot while providing textured traction in areas that can get wet. RevaFlex is also flexible by design, helping bridge small cracks and surface checking instead of simply creating another rigid layer over the top. For homeowners searching for rubber pool deck resurfacing or outdoor rubber flooring in Brevard County, RevaFlex offers a very different approach from traditional hard-surface coatings. https://amvetcc.com/what-is-revaflex/
