Many months ago a wonderful woman named Mary walked into my office while Sammy and I were reviewing blueprints for another house. We welcomed her in and she just so happen to see a set of blueprints sitting on my drafting table. (For those that have seen my office, it's covered with blueprints lol)

As soon as she saw them she said, "That's it, that's what I want." I explained how I've been wanting to build that house for over a year but we never got around to it and we all absolutely loved the plan.

And the rest is history...
