JOB OPPORTUNITY!
Heavy Equipment / General Labor Team Members
Spectrum Excavating is a growing excavation company who offers a full range of services to include, but are not limited to the following:
Building pads, basement and crawl space excavation.
New driveway construction, existing driveway repairs, and regrading
Building demolition and cleanup
Licensed septic system installation

Experience and qualifications:
Valid driver’s license** (CDL is a plus)
Willing and able to perform manual labor** (as needed)
Self-starter / highly motivated**
Experience operating heavy equipment** (preferred)
Experience laying utilities**( is a plus)
Excellent communication skills**(a must)
Responsibilities:
Operate and support heavy equipment as directed
Complete excavation, grading, and driveway projects per project specs
Assist with demolition and site cleanup
Assist with installation of septic systems when required
Communicate effectively with crew and supervision to ensure safety and project quality
