Here is this week's project
Stucco is basically cement attached to the side of a wall and this I am guessing but I would say around 75 years old and the stucco is good and solid except for a couple of spots where it started to buckle
I found out the little window in the attack started to leak and caused the steel that attached the stucco to the wall had rusted
We have cut the area that was damaged, replace the steel then we can apply new stucco

My friend Jim called me about 8 months ago. He said he is getting ready to retire and he was building a home near Vonore, Tennessee if I was interested in plastering it. This turned challenging project due to the fact they have never heard of plastering in Eastern Tennessee. We had to have material shipped from Nashville Tennessee, Charlotte North Carolina, and Rockford Illinois.
