Josh has 23 years of experience in landscape design and build working for himself. Prior to that he spent 3 years as a framer in Sonoma county. The first 13 years while in college and teaching it was a summer and winter profession. In 2010 he bacame a C27 licensed landscape contractor and built his little fence and deck company into one of the top rated outdoor living companies in the Sonoma and N
apa valleys. Josh was previously employed as an adjunct college professor and football coach at American River College in Sacramento. Josh majored in landscape architecture for 2 years at UC Davis but had to switch majors in his senior year due to scheduling conflicts with athletics. In 2020 Josh and his wife Emma decided that the hustle and bustle of California (and the outrageous cost of living was too much) that they would relocate back to Michigan. Josh's father is a native of Grand Rapids and his wife is from the Lansing area. Being a licensed contractor in California, Josh is not new to the designing, permitting, and building aspects of any project. He has designed and built some lavish wine country estates over the years and hopes to serve West Michigan in the same capacity.
