We are a small, family owned business, specializing in Commercial/residential heating and cooling. We do boilers, furnace, air conditioning installations, Mini Splits and so much more. We are very busy and we stay busy all year long. We have an extremely low turnover rate. Those who join our team, stay. We treat people with respect, and care about you. It's hard work, but our crews enjoy working together. We are extremely busy, and 40+ hours a week is the normal so overtime is always available. Weekends are possible, but almost always voluntary. Rides provided from the shop to jobsites, you are responsible for getting to the shop in the morning, but are free to drive yourself to jobsites. We believe in paying to keep good help, and value our team members.
Hiring Incentives:

Job Type: Full-time
Wages: $18.00 - $25.00+ per hour

License/Certification: Driver's License required.
Reliable vehicle required.
Experience in construction is required.
