When I first met with Dan and Lisa they expressed their dream for a better yard. After many years, raising a family, and becoming empty nesters, Dan and Lisa have decided to stay. Reinvesting, updating, and learning to love their home again is a big step towards their retirement journey. When I first saw the small 70’s ranch I loved the simplicity, but it was in need of some major change! The shrubbery crowded against the home and the sidewalk fenced it all in. Our new goal was to open the space and create a much more inviting impression. Beautiful tumbled pavers matched the style of the home and complement the brick, a curvy flower bed and walkway enhanced by colorful perennials and small shrubs. A new look that will flush with color next spring! In phase 2 next season, we will address the yard, bringing in all new irrigation, regrading, topsoil, and sod, along with an additional planted bed. We can’t wait to see how this home comes back to life!
