We're still a company that does everything in-house; we don't use subcontractors like most of the industry. When we show up, it's the owner with 25 years of experience and a lead installer with 16 years of experience. We want the system to look as good as it performs. We spend zero dollars on advertising; all of our work comes from our customers who refer us, and we stay busy. Our prices are very competitive because we don't have the overhead of subcontractors and advertising costs, and we don't have callbacks because we do it right the first time!

The client panicked, calling to report that while w**d eating, they had thrown a piece of wire into the condenser coil, which blew a line and released all the refrigerant. This incident occurred at one of their Airbnb properties with incoming renters. Normally, we replace coils instead of plugging them, but to get the system cooling, we made an exception. We removed the aluminum fins, exposed the copper, and brazed the leak. The customer was extremely satisfied, having gotten the issue resolved within 3 hours on a Saturday, ensuring the renters' comfort.

Shout out to Heave Ho crane out of austin for coming to Cameron and getting our condenser on the roof. I've been using these guys for many years for our smaller lifts, and it's always easy to work with them.

Late-night emergency call-out to Texas Burger on a walk-in cooler, teaching my son how to pull the fans and get the ice off the evaporator to get this thing cooling as soon as possible.
