I can only predict from weather conditions whether there will be a good pawpaw drop but I can't control it. I also can't predict how many people will show up. I am still small fry at this time with a portion of the trees just starting bearing. I wouldn't travel long distances with high expectations of mass quantities of fruit. All fruit has to be weighed out and paid by closing time. The wise decision is to be here at opening so you have a chance when someone else might think they have to get every pawpaw. I want every pawpaw that has fallen gone each day so don't think they won't be taken if you hesitate. I am not taking orders or holds for anyone.
Pawpaws are $5 a lb and you must bring your own buckets, boxes, flats, or tubs to transport your pawpaws home.
