Why choose a small, local family ran HVAC team? Because we build relationships for years, not sales for today. While big corporate companies push high-pressure sales quotas and rotating technicians, our business runs entirely on craftsmanship, honesty, and true personal pride. We aren't here to force an unnecessary replacement system on you, we are here to take care of your home's or business's comfort and earn your long-term trust as a neighbor. I've always said i like to treat customers like I would want my grandparents treated by a contractor. No sneaky sales, no false bad components.. Just pure honesty and respect! Ive learned from some of the absolute best in our area and pride myself on these principles.

This is a fun event! If you have a golf cart or UTV you should join us!! If not, its a great time to kick back and watch too!

🎃👻 Now's the Time to join Spooktacular Halloween Lighted Golf Cart & UTV Parade ? 👻🎃

The parade is Saturday, October 17 at 6:30pm.

Before you register, make sure you choose the correct form! We now have TWO registration options depending on your situation.

🏠 ROCK FALLS RESIDENTS OR OTHERS WITH A FULLY PERMITTED UTV OR GOLF CART

If you live within Rock Falls city limits and/or your golf cart or UTV is already fully permitted with the City of Rock Falls, you only need to complete the Resident Parade Registration Form.

🎃 NON-RESIDENTS OR THOSE WITHOUT A FULL CITY PERMIT
Participants who do not have a current City permit must complete the Temporary One-Day Permit specifically for the day of the event. This permit allows your golf cart or UTV to be operated on designated roadways in the City of Rock Falls during the day parade. You will need to complete the Temporary One-Day Permit for the event.

This permit allows you to operate your golf cart or UTV on designated City roadways during the day of the event only.

⚠️ Important for ones without a Rock Falls off highway permit: Your golf cart or UTV must be trailered into Rock Falls. Once you have it trailered into Rock Falls, then you are free to drive your golf cart or UTV within the City of Rock Falls the day of the event and drive it to the staging area for the parade. There are certain roads you are not permitted to drive on such as Route 30 and 1st Avenue. Contact Rock Falls Police for more details regarding that.

Please remember: The temporary permit is valid for the event day only and does not provide ongoing permission to operate your golf cart or UTV on Rock Falls streets after the event.

📋 ALL FORMS ARE PRINTABLE and must be returned to:

A recent condenser coil replacement we did on this Samsung Ductless mini-split system. Remember, replacing equipment with new isn't always the only optIon! Repairs, when done with know-how and confidence can save you thousands!

Proud to do this much needed upgrade for a local restaurant that had a walk in cooler condenser fail. Building a stand to get it off the floor and increasing its efficiency will help ensure a quality and properly maintained temp for their product!
