Before & After!

Another water heater replaced after age finally got the best of it. The last thing you want is a leaking water heater causing a wet basement especially in a finished area or finding out you have no hot water when it’s time for a shower.

If your water heater is getting up there in age, it’s better to be proactive rather than reactive. Replacing it before failure can help prevent water damage and an unexpected loss of hot water.

This 12-year-old water heater had reached the end of its service life and developed a leak. We replaced it with a new Bradford White water heater, while also upgrading the venting and water shutoff to ensure a safe, reliable installation.

Another customer back up and running with dependable hot water!

Installed a new water heater and reconfigured the domestic water piping after the meter. Added new isolation valve and a drain valve as there is no sink in the basement and replaced the failed pressure-reducing valve. These upgrades improve water pressure control, protect fixtures and appliances, and provide a more reliable and serviceable plumbing system.
