Once a major kitchen design trend, the two-tier island hasn’t exactly stood the test of time. By breaking up the countertop, these islands often limit usable prep space, interrupt sightlines, and make seating less functional.

For this transformation, we said goodbye to the dated design and hello to one expansive, uninterrupted surface that’s perfect for prepping, gathering, and everything in between.

Same kitchen. Smarter design. 🏡✨

They say money can’t buy happiness… but it can buy you the home of your dreams. And that’s pretty dang close. 🏡✨

Because a remodel isn’t just about beautiful finishes and updated spaces. It’s about creating a home that makes everyday life a little easier, a lot more enjoyable, and something you genuinely look forward to coming home to.

Your 2027 remodel starts now! ✨🏡

The holidays are right around the corner, and before we know it, we’ll be ringing in a new year!

If a home renovation is on your wish list for 2027, now is the perfect time to start planning.

Beautiful transformations don’t happen overnight. From initial design concepts and floor plans to budgeting, material selections, and construction preparation, there’s a lot that happens before the first hammer swings.

Starting the process now gives you time to explore possibilities, make thoughtful decisions, and set the stage for a successful remodel in the new year.
Whether you’re dreaming of a new kitchen, a spa-like bathroom, or a whole-home transformation, we’d love to help bring your vision to life.

Let’s make 2027 the year you fall in love with your home all over again. 🤍

Proof that a powder bath can be small and make a statement.

We took this space from builder-basic to bold and moody with glossy black tile, warm brass finishes, statement lighting, custom cabinetry, and open shelving that makes every inch work harder.

The footprint may be small, but the transformation is anything but. 🏡🖤

It’s ✨ ! ✨

This kitchen had plenty of space to work with, but the dated finishes, closed-in cabinetry, and awkward layout weren’t making the most of it. The goal was to create something brighter and more functional while still keeping the warmth and character that felt right for the home.

The new design pairs rich wood cabinetry with crisp white uppers, creating contrast without making the space feel heavy. White countertops and a soft tile backsplash brighten everything up, while warm brass details and layered lighting tie the whole space together.

We also made much better use of the available space with a large island, floor-to-ceiling storage, and a beautiful stretch of glass-front cabinetry that gives everyday dishes and glassware a place to be displayed. Even the range hood became part of the design, carrying the wood tones upward and adding another custom detail.

The result is a kitchen that feels completely different, brighter, warmer, more functional, and much more connected to the rest of the home. 🏡

One of our favorite before + afters from the . 🖤✨

This turret went from an underused space to a stunning primary bathroom full of character, warmth, and drama. We love seeing just how much a space can change while still honoring what made it special in the first place.

Remodel or move? 🏡 It’s a question a lot of homeowners are asking, and the answer isn’t always about the price tag.

Luke recently sat down with Cody Shafer of Fortress Financial Group on The Rochester Resource to talk about what to consider before investing in your current home, from how long you plan to stay to the interest rate you may be leaving behind.

Sometimes, the home you’re looking for might be the one you’re already in.

When the temperature drops, the commute to the gym suddenly feels a whole lot longer. ❄️

A dedicated home gym makes it easier to keep moving all winter long. When it’s designed as part of your home, it can be every bit as intentional as the spaces around it.

If a home gym is on your wish list for this winter, now is the time to start planning.

From finishing unused basement space to carving out a dedicated workout room as part of a larger remodel, getting the design process started now means you’ll be one step closer when those Minnesota winter mornings arrive. 🏡✨
