FSI is a third-generation organization specializing in a diverse range of innovative commercial construction services. The Imburgia family's long history starts with Grandfather, Sam F. Imburgia, who concentrated his efforts and skills on commercial real estate, brokerage and residential construction projects early on. continued the commercial real estate and brokerage, with Imburgia Reality, in addition to commercial construction and FSI Family Development. Grandsons Frank Imburgia, Jr. and Sal Imburgia started first as FSI Acoustical Systems subcontractors. Frustrated with how jobs were organized and planned, they gradually created the general contracting division, giving them not only organizational control, but moreover the ability to move the job through the acoustical force. Today, grandsons Frank Imburgia, Jr. takes the lead in sales and Team FSI General Contracting, while Sal Imburgia directs FSI Acoustical Systems. Family members have brought a variety of expertise and professional experience, contributing in comprehensive ways to the company's long-term growth and success. Adding to the family, are a talented team of remarkably skilled employees and professionals, many of whom have been with FSI for well over a decade.

🎉 Last month, the Harbor House of Rochester, Inc. dedicated September 10th to FSI President Frank Imburgia for his generosity and continued support!

For over 30 years, FSI Construction & Real Estate has been a proud, long-standing partner to the Harbor House, an organization that covers housing needs for patients and families awaiting transplants as part of the Strong Memorial Hospital transplant programs.

In 2009, The Imburgia Family and the FSI Team donated their labor and materials to renovate the house, which remains in consistent use today. The house would later be dedicated to Frank Sr, a heart transplant recipient himself, in 2011.

A new Tim Hortons is coming to Macedon, NY, and the work has officially begun!

There's plenty of work that happens before the walls go up, and we're excited to capture the progress from the very beginning. We'll be sharing updates as the site transforms and the project continues to take shape.
