Today I’m pressure washing my next exterior stain job. I’ll be back in a week or two to stain it. Going to be keeping it the same color using Sherwin Williams Woodscapes solid stain.

Pergola stained with Sherwin Williams Woodscapes solid stain in the color tricorn black. I power washed it a week prior to staining it.

Same color repaint.

I power washed the house and painted only the trim using Sherwin Williams Duration paint. This job took two days.

And there’s no such thing as paint and primer in one. You must use an actual primer on all bare surfaces. I’ll use PVA primer on this.

Finished with this exterior-same color repaint so no before pics.

I masked off windows and soffit so that
I could spray the body with an airless sprayer. The white accent I brush and rolled. I used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint in a satin sheen.

This job took me seven total days to complete from washing to final walk around. I’m giving it my five year workmanship warranty.
