Pro Built Garages is accepting employment applications!
We are looking for a skilled - experienced Foundation installer, with extensive flat work experience. Must have lead position characteristics. Must be able to manage semi-experienced helpers and laborers to perform duties.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the trade, knowledge and experience setting up foundations and hand trowel finishes, all associated floats and hand tools from broom finish, hard trowel slabs, exposed exterior concrete, manage slab curing times and work the necessary time to get the proper finish.
Applicants must be able to provide their own tools, or willing to buy required tools upon employment
Exception: Concrete finishing tools and Power trowel when required are provided by the company. Applicants must also have a smartphone capable of taking photos and other misc. necessities.

- Willing to participate in the full spectrum of construction
- Must be able to clean up job site at end of workday and ensure all equipment and materials are properly secured/stored before leaving.
- Concrete supervisor must be able and willing to perform general construction related tasks when not setting forms or finishing concrete which may include but are not limited:
- Wood Framing
- Composition Roofing
- Lap Siding
Equipment operation of Mini Excavator and Skid steer a plus
Applicants must be able to work a 40-hour work week or longer when finishing concrete. Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record. Copy of driver license will be required upon hiring.
- Compensation depends on experience ($22-$25/Hour regular time, $30 Hour when finishing concrete).
Must be willing and able to work out of town at times. When working out of town schedule changes to 4 – 10hr days with 3 day weekend.
We are based out of the Olympia / Rochester area and work ranges from Seattle to Portland and out to the coast.
