The right builder should be a strong fit for your project, communication preferences, budget and expectations.

Before making a decision, consider:

❤️ When our home was selected as a Dream Home, we knew we wanted to do something a little extra.

The Dream Home program is about more than beautiful homes and great craftsmanship.

It also supports the Housing First MN Foundation, which works with the homebuilding industry and nonprofit partners to help create safe housing for Minnesotans in need.

That mission means a lot to us.

So when we learned our home had been selected as a Dream Home for the Fall 2026 Parade of Homes Minnesota – Rochester, we decided we wanted as many people as possible to be able to come experience it.

Being selected as a Dream Home is a special recognition, highlighting homes that showcase exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design and inspiring details.

But what makes the Dream Home program even more meaningful is that it goes beyond showcasing beautiful homes.

The program helps support the Housing First MN Foundation, an organization that partners with builders, trade partners and nonprofits to help create safe housing for Minnesotans in need — including individuals, families and veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

For us, that makes this recognition especially meaningful.
