A beautiful home begins with the work most people will never see after construction is complete.

At R. Fleming Construction, our custom homes are built on poured concrete foundations.

A poured foundation is formed and placed as a continuous concrete wall on the jobsite rather than being assembled from individual concrete blocks. It can provide a strong and adaptable foundation with fewer joints.

But the wall itself is only one part of the system.

Long-term performance also depends on:

▪️ Engineering and reinforcement
▪️ Concrete placement and curing
▪️ Drainage tile
