Barrel Factory Lofts Phase II is officially OPEN! Last week we celebrated the ribbon cutting of this amazing project with our partners MHV Development and Studio Architects.

Barrel Factrory Lofts Phase II, a modern 4-story, 100-unit apartment building marks a significant expansion of the revitalization efforts in Midtown Kingston. This project introduces a contemporary living option to the area, while further addressing the demand for housing in Kingston. This development enhances the mixed-use vision of the project, creating a cohesive neighborhood that blends historic preservation with new construction, driving economic growth and community vibrancy.

This project included two building:
Building A - SCAP Resource Center; 2-story, 33,000 + SF
Building B - DePaul Residential Apartments; 4-story, 60 unit, 67,000 + SF

Projects is tax exempt

Construction starts for Apts: November 2, 2026
Construction starts for Services: December 1, 2026

NYS Certified and Qualified M/WBE & SDVOB contractors/suppliers encouraged to bid.

Today we celebrated the GRAND OPENING of DePaul True North Apartments. This project features 3 buildings, two affordable housing building and a clinic facility.

This development created 70 affordable housing units, including 35 units with supportive services for older adults, individuals, and families who experienced homelessness. The clinic will provide the community with mental health and substance abuse counseling and recovery groups, medication assisted treatment, and case management. These projects are built to bring the community together, and with many multipurpose rooms residents this project will do just that.

We are so excited to see the incredible lasting impact this project makes in the Rochester community.

Lots of progress at Willow Landing Apartments! This project contains 83 apartments of which will be reserved as supportive housing for those experiencing homelessness and 12 will be reserved for families at or below 50% AMI.

This reimaged Quality Inn hotel will offer residents access to new a saltwater therapeutic pool, large community room, laundry and trash rooms, as well as outdoor space. Additionally, with supportive and childcare services on site, this campus aims to provide residents with the tools and support they deserve to thrive.

We at Christa Construction are excited to see this project finished and see the positive impact and change it has on the community.

There’s something special about seeing a project come to life long after construction is complete.

Christa Construction was proud to serve as the General Contractor for The Kendrick at 18 Utica Street in Hamilton, NY, a project designed to bring new housing and commercial activity to the heart of the community.

Now, with residents calling The Kendrick home and new businesses opening their doors on the ground floor, the vision for this development is becoming a reality.

Colgate University recently shared an update highlighting the arrival of LaGreca’s Meat Market and Clio and what these new additions mean for downtown Hamilton and the Colgate community.

For our team, this is why the work matters. Construction is about more than completing a building; it’s about creating spaces that become part of a community, support local businesses, and serve people for years to come.

We’re proud to have played a role in bringing The Kendrick to life and excited to see what continues to take shape at 18 Utica Street.

There's lots of progress at CDS Van Buren Apartments in Baldwinsville, NY!

This new 70-unit development, designed to provide accessible housing for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

The project will feature three buildings, including a 50-unit, 55,000-square-foot apartment building and two 10-unit, 13,000-square-foot townhomes. Accessibility-focused features such as larger doorframes, ramps, and other thoughtful design elements will be incorporated throughout the community to better serve future residents.
