The Rochester JBX prepares the next generation of construction leaders through team building social

JBX is a group of young professionals whose companies belong to the Builders Exchange of Rochester. JBX members share problems, develop solutions, and work collaboratively through educational and social programs that cultivate their natural talents and leadership potential. JBX’s calendar of events is designed to encourage JBX and Builders Exchange member interaction. Typical events include:

One of the best parts of being a community partner is getting to do more than simply write a check — it’s getting to spend the year connecting with, supporting, and learning from an organization doing incredible work in our community.

As our 2025-26 community partner, it has been a true joy for JBX to support Homesteads for Hope throughout the year. We were honored to present our partnership donation at their Thursdays at the Farm event this past week.

We are extremely proud to support Homesteads and the amazing work they do to create an inclusive community where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can build skills, find purpose, and grow through meaningful opportunities on the farm.

Thank you to the Homesteads for Hope team for welcoming JBX into your community and for all that you do!

📢 JBX is excited to announce the Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp as our 2026–2027 Community Partner! ☀️

The Sunshine Camp provides a fully accessible summer camp experience for children and young adults with disabilities, creating opportunities for fun, friendship, and lasting memories — without any barriers.

Throughout the year, proceeds from JBX events will support Sunshine Camp, and we’ll also have opportunities to get involved through events and service projects at the camp.

Best of all, community support helps make it possible for campers to attend free of charge to their families. 💙

We’re looking forward to a great year of giving back and making a difference together!
