There’s something about September that feels like a fresh start — new schedules, new projects, and plenty of planning for what’s ahead.

Walkout basement? Not quite… this is a walk-UP! 👏

An exterior walk-up basement entrance provides direct access from the lower level to the backyard through a below-grade stairwell.

It’s a smart option when you want convenient exterior basement access but the homesite doesn’t naturally allow for a traditional walkout.

Another example of how thoughtful planning can make every level of a home work harder. 🏡

Field trip! 🏡📐

We headed out to walk through one of our custom designs by Chris B. and see it come to life!

This client came to us with a very specific vision for their home, and it’s so exciting to see those ideas taking shape beyond the plans. There’s nothing quite like walking through a design you’ve watched develop on paper.

It’s coming together beautifully — we can’t wait to see the finished home!

This new Chinese restaurant in Brockport is serving up more than great food — it’s also a space GLA had the opportunity to help reimagine.

Our team provided the interior architectural plans, helping the owners transform the space to accommodate a comfortable dining experience along with a dedicated area for parties and gatherings.

We love seeing a thoughtfully planned space come to life — especially when it helps a local business bring something new to the community.
