Jessi Hanson has been promoted to Work Order Coordinator in recognition of her years of dedication and contributions to Benike. Jessi joined the company as a Project Assistant in 2016 and has worked in the construction industry since graduation. She is also an active member of NAWIC. Congratulations, Jessi!
Sharon joined Benike in 2024 in Accounts Receivable and has been promoted to Accounting Manager. Her dedication, professionalism, and contributions to the team have made a meaningful impact on the organization. Congratulations, Sharon!
Alex Heitz has been promoted to Director of Field Operations, bringing extensive industry experience to this leadership role. Prior to joining Benike, Alex worked on construction projects throughout the United States and overseas. Since joining Benike as an Assistant Project Manager in 2019, Alex advanced to Project Manager and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in managing complex projects. Congratulations, Alex!
Rose Hoese joined the Benike team as an intern in 2018 and became a full-time member of the company in 2019. Throughout her tenure at Benike Construction, Rose has taken on numerous roles and responsibilities, consistently approaching each opportunity with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude. We are pleased to recognize Rose’s continued growth and contributions by announcing her promotion to Senior Marketing Coordinator.
