This week, we’re highlighting Sean, Dustin, and Carter Stenberg.

Sean and Dustin are brothers, and Carter is Sean’s son. Together, they represent the strong relationships and shared values that are an important part of the Benike team.

We’re thankful to have all three of them on the team and appreciate the dedication they bring to their work each day.

Another major milestone has been reached at the new Benike office building as the main floor CMU masonry is now complete. With this phase wrapped up, the team is preparing to set structural steel this week, followed by the installation of the burnished block starting next week.

Once the burnished block is in place, precast planks will be placed, paving the way for second-floor CMU masonry construction to begin. It's exhilarating to watch each stage come together and see the building take shape.

The excitement is building! Thank you to our dedicated team for the outstanding work and commitment to safety and quality every step of the way!

It was a great opportunity to enjoy some delicious food and recognize the incredible people who make Benike such a special place to work.

We're excited to welcome Tyler Root to the Benike team this summer!

Tyler is currently studying Construction Management at Minnesota State University, Mankato. His passion for construction started early while working full-time at a lumberyard during high school, where he connected with contractors daily, delivered materials to jobsites, and gained firsthand experience seeing residential projects come to life through every phase of construction.

When he's not focused on building his future in the construction industry, Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, intramural volleyball, and spending time on the water.

Fun fact: At his cabin, Tyler has caught more musky than walleye!

We're excited to have Tyler on board this summer and look forward to seeing the impact he'll make as he gains hands-on experience with the Benike team. Please join us in welcoming him!
