Another Benike Construction Family Jam Fest is in the books! 🎶🎉

We had a great time celebrating our teammates and their families at Cascade Lake Park. A big thank-you to Mrs. Patty's Sweet Treats, Angry Asian's BBQ LLC, and 2 Brothers Authentic BBQ for the delicious food, SMOAK BBQ for the beverages, Selcouth Artistry for the amazing face painting, and In the Fields for the awesome live music!

We appreciate everyone who joined us and helped make it such a fun and memorable event!

Another exciting step forward for our new office building! 🎉 We celebrated a masonry "top out" ceremony to mark the completion of the building's masonry work. A big thank you to the masonry crew for their exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to quality every step of the way!

Exciting progress at the Stewartville Public Library - Stewartville, MN! We’re proud to be part of this expansion and look forward to seeing the new space take shape. 📚🔨

The library is expanding from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet with two new additions.

We are proud to partner with the Mayo Clinic Blood Donor Program for their Play it Forward campaign!

The Mayo Bloodmobile will be stationed here at Bowlocity on Wednesday, August 26th. We are giving a $25 Bowlocity gift card to every individual who donates blood that day on the Bloodmobile!

With a degree in Construction Management and hands-on experience in carpentry and roofing, Ryan brings valuable knowledge and a practical perspective to our projects. We’ve enjoyed celebrating the families who make up the Benike team, and these three brothers are the perfect way to wrap up the series. The dedication they bring to their work is just one example of how our team lives out Benike’s mission of proudly serving our customers, communities, and families through quality construction.

John joined the Benike team in 2001 as a Laborer Apprentice and has steadily advanced throughout his career, becoming a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, and now General Superintendent! In his new role, John will oversee projects and provide guidance and support to project teams. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and hunting. Congratulations, John!🌟

Our new office is taking shape! The slab-on-grade pour is underway, second-floor CMU block is going up, and the first-floor weather barrier is being applied. Next up: completing the second floor and putting on the roof!
