Project Spotlight: Graham Corporation – Main Lobby Renovation

A strong first impression starts at the front door! Nichols Construction Team recently completed a renovation of Graham Corporation’s main office lobby at its Florence Avenue facility in Batavia, NY.

Working alongside Ciurzynski Consulting and Graham Corporation, our Team transformed the approximately 1,200 SF, two-story foyer into a modern, welcoming space that better reflects Graham’s brand while improving functionality for employees and visitors.

The renovation included custom casework, new metal railings, decorative wood ceiling elements, updated finishes, and coordinated mechanical and electrical modifications. With ceiling heights exceeding 21 feet—and Graham remaining fully operational throughout construction—careful planning, sequencing, and attention to safety were essential every step of the way.

We’re proud of the finished space and grateful to Graham Corporation, Ciurzynski Consulting, and all of the Associates and Strategic Partners whose skill and collaboration brought this renovation to life.
