The LoChirco Team traded blueprints for golf clubs today! ⛳️

A huge thank you to Genesis Tile for treating our team to a fantastic day on the course. We had a great time, shared plenty of laughs, and enjoyed some well-deserved team bonding.

✨ UNDER CONTRACT ✨ Some homes are harder to part with than others.

Yesterday, we sold our model home — the one so many clients fell in love with and chose to duplicate down to every color, finish, and detail. That says a lot about our designer, team & builder, who has built this floor plan many times, yet never the exact same way twice, always refining and improving with each home.

We truly believe we delivered our most perfect product yet. And yes, it is hard to say goodbye. But the wonderful family who will now call it home deserves every bit of it, and we wish them a lifetime of happiness and beautiful memories.

Here’s hoping every step ahead follows an effortless path all the way to the closing table.
