This homeowner recently had an addition put on their house and was left unsure of what to do with the backyard gutter drainage, leaving an unsightly eyesore in the backyard.

We were able to install two dry wells to properly manage the water coming from the gutters and improve the overall drainage of the property. While we were there, we also put the leftover piles of dirt from a previous patio installation to use and graded out the backyard to give it a much cleaner, more finished look.

It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but this job site had some pretty steep slopes to work with! We were able to excavate into the hillside and prepare a level pad for a future pole barn. We also helped excavate a small access road to provide a way to reach the top of the property.

This homeowner reached out to us for help excavating around the foundation of their garage so they could properly insulate it and bring everything up to code following an interior renovation. We were able to safely dig out the area while carefully working around several obstacles, completing the job without causing any damage.

This project started with an overgrown area that was completely inaccessible and causing water to collect on the property.

We cleared out the brush, regraded the area, and turned it into usable space the homeowner can now enjoy, while also fixing the drainage issue.
