🎉 Happy National Boss’s Day to Todd Severson! 🎉

Every great team needs a leader, and at Marquee Construction, Todd is our very own “Central Command!” 🏗️ From the earliest concepts to the final ribbon cutting, Todd keeps projects moving, relationships strong, and our team focused on the finish line.

As the founder of TLS Companies, Todd built this company on old-fashioned values that never go out of style: integrity, honesty, and a handshake you can count on. With several construction projects across the Midwest, his experience, leadership, and commitment to our clients continue to shape the communities we serve.

But being the boss is about more than managing projects. It’s about building relationships, solving problems, and leading by example — and Todd does just that.

Today, we celebrate the guy who keeps all the command posts running, turns big ideas into reality, and leads the Marquee Construction team with purpose (and probably a few opinions along the way 😉).

Thanks for your leadership, Todd! Happy Boss’s Day! 🍻

Have you ever wished you could see your project before construction even begins? With Kara Brown, you can.

Kara is Marquee Construction’s Designer, Drafter & Project Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial, hospitality and healthcare design.

From the first idea to the final walkthrough, Kara helps guide projects through design, estimating, finish selections, construction documentation and project management — keeping the vision connected from start to finish.

We're making great progress on this garage and loft renovation! 💪🔨

This phase included:
✔️ Demoing the existing furring strips along the garage walls and loft wall
✔️ Framing a new half wall around the loft stair opening
✔️ Furring out ¾ of the garage walls to allow for proper insulation and improved energy efficiency

Every step lays the foundation for a stronger, more efficient, and finished space.
