We have finished transforming this kitchen into a fresh, functional space designed around the way this family lives.

This remodel includes a completely reworked kitchen layout, new cabinetry, quartz countertops, updated appliances, a new vented hood, custom tile, fresh paint, and thoughtful improvements throughout the kitchen, pantry, and laundry areas.

We're making great progress on this garage and loft renovation! 💪🔨

This phase included:
✔️ Demoing the existing furring strips along the garage walls and loft wall
✔️ Framing a new half wall around the loft stair opening
✔️ Furring out ¾ of the garage walls to allow for proper insulation and improved energy efficiency

Every step lays the foundation for a stronger, more efficient, and finished space.

Yesterday, Todd and Melissa had the opportunity to join Darren and John from Carpet One of Rochester for a great day on the golf course. Thank you to Darren and John for the invitation and for supporting such a meaningful cause!

For the past 70 years, ABC has been empowering individuals with disabilities throughout Olmsted and Houston counties by providing person-centered services that promote community inclusion. From job training and independent living to recreation and volunteer opportunities, ABC helps individuals achieve their goals and live more independent, fulfilling lives.

It was a fantastic day of great company, networking, and giving back to an organization that makes a lasting impact in our community.

Last week, Marquee Construction was proud to sponsor the Eagle Athletics Booster Club Eagle Open! ⛳🦅

It was a great day of golf, community, and supporting the next generation of Eagle student-athletes. We're grateful to the Eagle Athletics Booster Club for organizing another successful event and to everyone who participated, volunteered, and sponsored to make it happen.

Sometimes the best renovation isn't about adding space—it's about using the space you already have more effectively.

Our client wanted to eliminate the bathroom located directly off the kitchen while keeping the convenience of a large, functional laundry room. Through thoughtful planning and creative design, we relocated the bathroom into the laundry room without sacrificing storage or workspace.

The original bathroom was then transformed into a beautiful walk-in pantry with custom cabinetry, giving the homeowners the extra kitchen storage they had always wanted.

This project is a perfect example of how a smart floor plan can completely change the way a home lives.

A transformation unlike any other. 🔨☕🚿

This stunning spiral staircase was once a connection between two levels of the home. As part of this renovation, it's getting an entirely new purpose.

The main floor opening will become a beautiful custom coffee bar, while the lower level will be reimagined as a brand-new shower. It's amazing to see how creative design can breathe new life into an existing space.

Every project has its challenges, but it's transformations like this that remind us there's always a way to turn yesterday's design into tomorrow's favorite feature.
