This screened-in porch is getting a serious facelift. 🏡🔨

C&G Remodeling is transforming the existing porch into a new Four Seasons Room, giving these homeowners a more comfortable and functional space designed to be enjoyed throughout Michigan’s changing.

The project starts with removing the existing screened porch and framing the new room to tie into the home’s existing roofline. Window and door openings are being built around the homeowners’ specifications, with the new structure framed to applicable Michigan code requirements.

We’re sharing this one from the construction stage because the best transformations don’t happen overnight. Stay tuned as this Four Seasons Room takes shape!

A new addition is on the way — and this family is making room for more than just a growing household. 🏡

We’re just getting started on this full basement remodel, transforming an unfinished basement into a large, open space where the whole family can relax, play, and spend time together.

The plans also include a dedicated home office for Dad, creating a space that works for both family time and everyday life.

Right now, you’re seeing the early stages: exposed walls, insulation, materials on site, and plenty of work ahead. We wanted to share it because remodeling isn’t just about the finished photos. It’s about real homes, real families, and creating spaces around the way people actually live.

Same room. Barely the same house.

Black ceiling so the joists and ductwork disappear, recessed cans instead of bare bulbs, built-in cabinetry along the back wall, and a sealed floor. The green room was the homeowner's call.

An unfinished basement is square footage your house already has. It just needs finishing.

🏡 Progress is looking GOOD on this exterior transformation! 🔨

The siding is up, the primer is on, and we’re getting ready for the next phase! We’re just waiting for the roofing materials to arrive so the team can keep this project moving forward.
