Carried throughout the exterior, garden walls, columns, and architectural details, the stone creates a cohesive look across the entire property while connecting naturally with the surrounding landscape.

Built by Raleigh Custom Homes and supplied through Marmiro Stones, this project is a great example of how one material can bring the whole design together.

Edward’s Stone was proud to once again join our friends at Nathan Homes and Heart Heroes for the Omaha Superhero Heart Run, an event dedicated to supporting children and families impacted by Congenital Heart Disease.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of an event that brings the Omaha community together while raising awareness, providing support and helping make a difference for families affected by CHD.

Seeing stone installed on a completed home gives you a completely different perspective on color, texture, scale and how each selection works with the rest of the design. From raw material and cutting to production and finished product, tours like this give our partners a closer look at what goes into the stone they specify for their projects.

Check out this view of a blast at Roth Quarry.

Blasting allows us to safely break and release large sections of stone from the quarry face so the material can be extracted and moved into production.

From there, the stone is cut, sorted, selected, and prepared for use on projects of all kinds.

It’s one of the first steps in turning natural stone from the quarry into a finished product.
