I just made an order ON THE PHONE (verbally) for 2 “comfort height” Kohler toilets from my local supply house.

Ok, maybe not quite- but this was definitely a challenge!!
3/4” PEX pinched between two pieces of conduit. Pressure must have been just enough to cause a stress crack.

Doing a little remodeling job, found a 3/4” PEX hot water pipe that was punctured THREE TIMES by Sheetrock screws. After almost 10 years, one was just starting to leak, maybe just a few months- as the screw started to rust off.
Lucky for the new owner- that they decided to tear that old shower out- and that we noticed the rusty metal and position of the pipe. LOL

It’s a Water Heater! Not a “hot water heater”!!!! If the water was hot, you wouldn’t need the heater! LOL
