We’re Hiring: Marketing & Client Communications Coordinator

The Audubon Group of Companies is looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy professional who enjoys helping people and wants to grow into a meaningful long-term role.

In this position, you will support Facebook lead follow-up, customer communication, appointment scheduling, CRM management, email and text messaging, and general administrative tasks.

What we offer:

• Fully remote position
• Approximately 20 guaranteed hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• Starting pay of $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Training in GoHighLevel, marketing systems, and workflows
• Opportunities for additional hours, raises, bonuses, and leadership roles
• A supportive, family-owned company that values integrity and long-term growth

Construction experience is not required. Strong communication skills, organization, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
