October is Careers in Construction Month! 👷♀️👷♂️🔨
Every kitchen we remodel, every bathroom we transform, and every apartment community we refresh starts with one thing: skilled people who care about doing the job right.
This month, we’re celebrating the team behind Balsam Construction Group. Our carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, flooring installers, project managers, and office staff show up every day and take real pride in their work. (Insert team photo / tag team members)
What we love about this industry:
🧱 You build something real. At the end of the day, you can stand back and see what you created.
📈 There’s room to grow. Many people start as apprentices or helpers and go on to lead crews, manage projects, or run their own businesses.
🎓 You learn on the job. Hands-on training and apprenticeships let you earn while you learn, with less student debt than many other paths.
🤝 You make a difference. The homes and communities we work on are where families live, gather, and make memories.
The skilled trades need the next generation of builders. If you’re a student, a career changer, or someone who just likes working with your hands, construction is worth a serious look.
To our team: thank you for everything you build. We couldn’t do it without you! 💪
