Stephen & Tad Newman have owned & operated the business since it’s inception in June, 2005. We are state licensed general contractors (CGC1509947) and have an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are American owned & operated, & our entire staff speaks English. We have extensive experience in historic wood-frame homes, CBS homes, mid-rise & hi-rise condominiums, and commercial glazing. We do not hire subcontractors for window or door installations, as all of our installers work directly for us, and are covered under our general liability & worker’s comp. policies. We are licensed to turn old windows into new french doors, old sliding glass doors into new windows or french doors, block up openings, or just replace old leaking windows with new hurricane impact windows to match your existing look. We have been factory trained to distribute and install all of the products we sell.
