Such an exciting new addition to our community during today’s ribbon cutting ceremony!

The new Drury Inn & Suites Tampa has brought 75 employees to our area and is part of an incredible family-owned and operated company with 150 properties across 26 states and more than 7,000 employees.

We even had the opportunity to meet owner Chuck Drury and chat with him about something we’re especially passionate about: the importance of family-owned businesses and the positive impact they have on their employees and the communities they serve.

We’re excited to have another family-owned company investing in our area and becoming part of the community we’re so proud to call home.

Yesterday was such a special day for our networking family. Congratulations to Nina, Dawn, and Sara on being elected to serve as Circuit Court Judges!

These aren’t just names we saw on a ballot. They are people we know, love, and have had the privilege of getting to know through our community. That makes celebrating their success even more meaningful.

Another great Brandon Riverview Chamber of Commerce luncheon today! Thank you MISSION BBQ for the great food!

We had the opportunity to hear from the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser and learn more about the conversation surrounding the potential abolition of property taxes in Florida.

It was also so great catching up with our fellow Chamber friends and local business owners. And what an exciting month for our Chamber! 27 new members joined this month!

Our community just keeps growing, and we love being part of it. 🩷🐐

Another great Monday at The GOAT Plumbing Company!

We kicked off the day with training from the Nexstar Network and wrapped it up with a heartfelt presentation from Antoine of Caring Transitions through our local Brandon Riverview Chamber of Commerce.

Antoine shared how he turned his own personal pain into a passion for helping others. We learned about the services Caring Transitions provides throughout Riverview and the surrounding areas, including stress-free senior relocation, downsizing, rightsizing, and estate services.

A great day of learning, growing, and connecting with people who truly care about serving others. 🩷🐐🪠

Today we learned more about A League of their own Riverview, a non-competitive adult baseball league for individuals with unique abilities, where inclusion, connection, and FUN come first. ⚾️🧡💙

Matt from Auto Works of Brandon had us laughing with stories about DIY car repairs that proved one very important lesson… just because YouTube says you can, doesn’t always mean you should. 😂🔧🚗

🎒🚌 SCHOOL STARTS TOMORROW! 🚌🎒

Tomorrow, more than 280,000 students across Hillsborough County head back to school, supported by 25,000+ dedicated employees across our district. 💗

That means our roads will once again be filled with school buses, crossing guards, parents, bicyclists and, most importantly, our kiddos.

As you head out tomorrow morning, please slow down. Put the phone down. Watch those school zones. Stop for school buses. Give yourself a few extra minutes and pack a little extra patience. A child’s safety is worth it.

🐐 From all of us at The GOAT Plumbing Company, we wish our students, teachers, staff and families a safe and wonderful first day of school!

Let’s look out for each other and protect our kiddos. 💗

Today, I was honored to accept the role of Membership Committee Chair! I’m excited to help grow our membership, strengthen connections, and welcome even more amazing people into our group.

We had a great time today planning for the year ahead and finding new ways our nonprofit can continue making a difference in the community we love. 💗
