To all my past customers, friends, and everyone who has supported Jovial Painters, I want to take a moment to say thank you. I’m truly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me and for the relationships I’ve built along the way.

I’ve made the decision to put new projects for Jovial Painters on pause while I focus on the next chapter of my career and explore new professional opportunities.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but sometimes moving forward means stepping back, reassessing, and being open to new possibilities.

As I begin this transition, I’m also open to connecting with people who may know of job opportunities or other professional paths worth exploring. If something comes to mind, I’d genuinely appreciate hearing from you.

Thank you again to everyone who has supported me and Jovial Painters over the years. Your support has meant a lot, and I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next.

I always enjoy taking on the smaller projects.

This one was a ceiling repaint with just a few touch-ups around the house. The funny part is, the prep work took longer than the actual painting—but protecting the home and doing things properly is part of the job.

I’m grateful for every opportunity, big or small. Truly blessed to do work I enjoy and help take care of people’s homes. 🎨

Sage green has a way of changing the feeling of a home before you even realize why.

It feels grounded, peaceful and connected to nature. For me, that is what makes color so powerful. We’re not just choosing what looks good on a wall — we’re choosing how we want to feel when we come home.

People who are drawn to sage green often seem to value balance, authenticity, growth and meaningful relationships. It has a quiet strength to it. Nothing loud, nothing forced — just a sense of calm and steadiness.

There’s a spiritual side to sage green too. Green has long been connected with renewal, growth, harmony and new beginnings. It reminds me that we are always growing, always learning, and sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is slow down and reconnect with what really matters.

That same feeling can be brought into your home through a sage wall color, artwork, plants, bedding, pillows, cabinetry, or even a few small accents mixed with warm woods and natural textures.

Light blue has always felt like one of those colors that gives you permission to slow down.

It carries a sense of calm, trust, clarity and peace. People who are drawn to light blue often value honesty, meaningful relationships and a home that feels balanced instead of busy.

There’s also something spiritual about it. Light blue reminds me of open skies, quiet mornings and the feeling that comes when your mind finally gets still enough to listen. It represents reflection, hope, inner peace and the freedom to breathe a little deeper.

In the home, light blue doesn’t have to take over the whole room. Sometimes a soft blue wall, a piece of art, pillows, bedding, a vase or even a small painted accent is enough to completely change the energy of a space.

That’s what I love about color. It’s not just about what looks good.

Sometimes a new kitchen doesn’t require new cabinets. 🏡

These cabinets were originally Thermofoil. We carefully removed the Thermofoil, properly prepared the doors and frames, and gave the entire kitchen a fresh painted finish.

A full cabinet replacement can easily run $15,000–$35,000+, depending on the kitchen and materials.

When the existing cabinets are solid, sometimes the smarter choice is to work with what you already have—saving the homeowner thousands of dollars while completely changing the way the space feels.

That’s what we love about our craft.
