The current project we are working on is the gymnasium at Fernando R. Ledesma High School. The gym was built on the school property line with large cmu retaining walls. The gymnasium had lateral systems of X-Brace frames and masonry shear walls.

Project Update!

We did a job walk yesterday at one of our current projects that is under construction at Edwards Airforce Base!

They are currently framing the partition walls at the theater building (left). The video (middle) is of the fully erected steel trusses at the gymnasium. The picture to the right is of the same gymnasium.

The project has came a long way and soon will be done!

The Preserve Elementary School project is a brand-new K-8 school in Chino, CA. The school consists of (6) buildings, each of which with its own unique design challenge. The school will be constructed with lumber and steel, utilizing plywood shearwalls and brace frames as the main lateral force resisting systems. Several walkway canopies have been designed to bring all the buildings together.
