Meet Madi—she’s one of the faces you’ve been seeing in our Plant of the Week series. Fun fact (and it’s very on brand): her cats are named Phlox and Cedar.

Behind the scenes, Madi is our Procurement & Inventory Coordinator, which means she’s managing vendors, tracking inventory, keeping pricing accurate for bidding, and planning deliveries and pick-ups so every job is set up before boots hit the ground. It’s part organization, part logistics, part problem-solving, and a lot of multitasking—powered by equal parts plant knowledge and “Type A” attention to detail.
